Music is Nashville’s heart, always beating and breathing life into our beloved city. From the very beginning, music has been apart of Nashville’s roots. For over three centuries, Nashville’s legacy continues today due to our flourishing talent pool of musicians, diverse industry professionals, and popular venues.

Typically, when visitors think of Nashville or “Music City”, country music and cowboy boots are top of mind.  After all, Nashville thrives off of its Country Music scene and Honky Tonks, However, the music scene in Nashville, TN spreads much further than country music. In-fact, during the early 1900s, Nashville was filled with Jazz, Blues, and R&B. Fast forward to present day and you’ll find an even broader community of genres added to the playlist that keeps Music City rocking!

Live music rings throughout the city 365 days of the year and there is a venue for everyone. Along the infamous Broadway, honky-tonks play a mix of popular country and pop music. History awaits you at the Grand Ole Opry with acts from the likes of Carrie Underwood, Deirks Bently, Reba and many more. Watch as they take the stage where it all began.
